Company history

The foundations of the company were established in 1952. During its existence, the company was gradually transformed from a state-owned enterprise into a joint-stock company Celprojekt Ltd. Since 2008 its project engineering division has been working as CELPROJEKT plus, JSC. The original intention was to create a project organization providing design and engineering work for the pulp and paper sector. During its existence, the company's portfolio has expanded to the woodworking, chemical, pharmaceutical and energy industries.
